Valentines pool and spa supplies has done a great job at being consistent anytime I needed service for my pool and spa. They’ve been doing a great job at communication and following through with the appointments and anytime their personnel show up, they do a great job at taking care of my pool and spa the way I want them to. They go above and beyond to make sure they do an incredible service by leaving my pool and spa looking extremely clean and they also do an excellent job at showing the services that were provided and explain explaining what they did.

They have great people working there and they’re showing that they truly care about their customers and building a good reputation for themselves, I would recommend their services to anyone and I appreciate how good of a job they’ve been doing! Thank you!!

Brandon was exceptional to deal with from a scheduling perspective, he was polite and professional and was able to quickly get me on their busy schedule. Dominic (hope I spelled that right), who did our repair, was fantastic! The repair was done very professionally and I’m very happy with the final results of my filter replacement and new “whip” conduit installed for my pump! Great job would highly recommend! I will use them for my future pool needs!

The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Testing our pool water is so easy here....you simply bring in a sample, they test it, print out a detailed report, and clearly explain exactly what your pool needs. As pool owners, that takes so much guesswork out of the process.

This is our second year maintaining our pool, and we've received the same great customer service and kindness that we experienced the first year. It's refreshing to find a business that consistently treats its customers well and takes the time to help.
